Mobile Wood-Fired Oven

Hire us for your next party. We bring our wood-fired oven to your location and cook everything onsite for your guests. We accommodate parties of 20-200+ guests. We use seasonal and local organic ingredients whenever possible and work directly with local farms. Our pizza dough is made with double zero flour and fermented for 48 hours for optimal flavor and texture.
Owner and chef Stephanie Nichols completed her pizza certification through the American Delegation of the Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana.
In addition to pizza we offer a variety of seasonal appetizers, salads, a signature vegetable crudite and desserts. We also cook whole porchettas, filets, chickens and other proteins in our oven. Please see the images below of many of our unique dishes.
